The Roger Carter Recreation Center will be the centerpiece of the Hilltop Redevelopment. The center will include over 45,000 square feet with amenities such as a climbing wall, indoor/outdoor pool, child care, meeting rooms, locker rooms, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, fitness area, aerobics room, walking track, splash zone, and outdoor lawn areas.
